Now Therefore, I, William Bubba Clinton, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article 11, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Gary G. Carlson for all offenses against the United States which he, Gary G. Carlson has committed or may have committed or taken part in.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this twentieth day of January, in the year of our Lord two thousand and one, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and twenty fifth.
